Annotation
The garden city is combining all the benefits of the countryside and urban structure. House in the garden, in the woods, in an orchard, by the water, with neighbors, and still in the town. A house that takes full advantage of both worlds, so distant, but with the right interconnection, ideal to grow up, mature, age, just to be… I design a place where people will want to spend their free time, relax, meet and won´t desire to leave the town for the weekend on their cottage in Šumava.
