Apartment house Spektrum

Located in the heart of an oasis, surrounded by greenery and flowers, the Spectrum stands majestically. The modern design emphasizes the unique beauty of the adjacent historic buildings. In my project, I tried to incorporate the coolness of materials such as glass and concrete, with the elegance of smooth transitions. The attractive simplicity of the lines gives the eye the opportunity to relax both from the facade and inside the building. Minimalist beauty is combined with the tempting cosiness of a family house. The key to my work is lighting, every apartment in Spektr is flooded with natural light.
