The Za Mosty Housing

The Za Mosty Housing is a project located on the east side of Prague by the Rokytka River. It is composed of 13 buildings with 12 apartments each, adding 156 homes to the community with it's residential density of 380 inhabitants per hectare and an FAR of 0,37%. The buildings are disposed in a very simple and linear way through the extention of the Smetanky Street conecting the Za Mosty Street. It is arranged in a way that all of them have a view of the river with large windows and and wooden brise-soleils. It's structure is made of concrete. The typology explored in Za Mosty consists of three different apartments: the bigger ones with 140 sqm, the ground floor ones with 69 sqm and the Studios with 47,5sqm.
