The apartment building is located in a sloping plot on Bělehradská Street in the Prague 2 district
Vinohrady. The building has a total of seven above-ground and two underground floors. In the basement, there are garages, cellars, and technical facilities of the house. The ground floor serves as a commercial space. The remaining residential floors offer 46 apartments. The last recessed floor is complemented by a terrace overlooking the park Folimanka.
