ZA MOSTY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

The design of the ZA MOSTY Residential Complex consists of separating the buildings into three clusters. Thus, three nests with semi-public interspaces are created on the plot, arranged around one main public space by the Rokytka River. The four-storey apartment building offers a total of 24 apartments of various sizes from studios to 4 + kk, it consists of two symmetrical sections with separate entrances and vertical roads, which are connected by a common underground car park. Thanks to the location of the apartment building, most apartments have views to both the south and the north, and therefore to the river and the overgrown hill behind it.
