APARTMENT BUILDING OSTRAVA !!!

The main idea of the design was to create an apartment building that would carry natural elements and become the dominant feature of the place next to the river. I consider the importance of vegetation in our lives to be very important. Therefore, the facades of the house form long balconies with deep flower pots, for growing both vegetables and herbs for cooking, and for ornamental vegetation. It also gives you access to fresh air. The house is through with the possibility of underground parking. On the ground floor there is space for rent. The layout of the apartments is designed to give as much space as possible to move and privacy at the same time. The occupant of the apartment thus has a greater opportunity to arrange housing according to themselves.
