APARTMENT BUILDING

The building is located on a sloping plot in Prague's Podolí on Sinkulova Street. Next to the building there are the Podolské stairs. This place offers an amazing panoramic view of Prague and Vyšehrad. When designing the buildings, I wanted people to have a good, safe and nice place to live. The original concept of the building results from the solution of the material arrangement, based on the lightness symbolized by the first and fourth floor, which are mostly from glass. In contrast, the basement symbolizes the solid and heavy part, which is made of concrete. The building consists of 10 apartments, commercial space, cellars, underground garages and a bicycle shed.
