CITY RESPONDING TO CHANGE of climate, of society, of time

One of the biggest advantages for the planning of the place is space, a lot of space which can be used in many different ways or in this case, not used at all. Together with all the disadvantages and missed opportunities of unused space and need for better orientation and finding again the identity of the city we came up with the concept of a city that responds to change. Change in terms of climate (regarding green-blue infrastructure), fluctuation of residents (different social, age, national, gender groups), change of transport types (bikes, scooters, skates, new electric ways of transport), change of needs of the citizens (job opportunities, culture, sport, community).
