Apartment building OSTRAVA!!!

The seven-storey apartment building is located on the future Ostrava thoroughfare, leading between the Ostravice River and the Dolní Vítkovice area. In my work, I was inspired by the industrial spirit of Ostrava and the tradition of Czech Brutalism, from which the characteristic façade was eventually created. Apart from quality housing and a ground floor with facilities for two shops, the building offers views of the river and the Beskydy Mountains on the south-eastern side, and then on the north-western side it is oriented towards the main avenue with the tramway.
