Green facade, green roof. The block containing apartments, offices, surgeries and commercial premises is located on a luxury plot in the newly emerging Aspern - Vienna district by Lake Aspernsee. The block consists of four parts. Above the first commercial floor, there are apartments, offices and surgeries around three floors. Tower blocks containing flats also rise above this mass. In the closed courtyard there is a park intended primarily for the inhabitants of the block. The construction system of the building is designed as a combination of wall and column system of monolithic reinforced concrete. The facade is created by a combination of expanded metal and rods overgrown with greenery.
