Student partment reconstruction

The proposal is dedicated to the complete reconstruction of a 3 + 1 apartment unit in České Budějovice. The goal was the dispositional transformation and interior design for student housing. The concept of the design is maximum use of space and modularity, which offers students an individual reorganization of space needs. Functionality and modularity are prescribed by individual elements and their materials, which makes the interior clearly legible and factual.
