A new youth space called Pragovka will be created on the site of the former industrial area, where cars were previously produced. Cafe, skate park, rental studios and accommodation for creative people and those who love the atmosphere of freedom. Both the reconstruction of old buildings and the construction of new ones, such as the student housing building, are planned here.
