Stick together

The project deals with the unused and empty space between prefabricated houses and a retirement house in the Jižní město. The space currently has no functional use and serves as a place to pass. The aim of the proposal is to create a representative and user-friendly multifunctional space that will be accessible to several generations and will support their convergence. In the design, I work with terrain modeling based in part on an existing hill. Thanks to modeling, the space is divided into several zones with different character. The division is based on the concept of quiet and active areas depending on the surrounding buildings. The whole space is made up of organic shapes and curves, which contrast with the sharp edges and regularity of the masses of the buildings.
