The capital city of Prague is facing a shortage of secondary school capacity, the greatest demand is the post-classical high school model of education. Construction of new buildings is inevitable. The Ďáblice housing estate was built in the 1970s with a dense network of kindergartens and primary schools, but there is no secondary school here and students have to go to school in other districts. For the design of the new grammar school building, the location of the former Včela building in Tanvaldská Street was selected, which is already technically and morally obsolete. The new building should dignifiedly replace the original building and have a dignified dialogue with its surroundings.
