Annotation

Pilsen Zoo is expanding. Two houses on a meadow divided by a brook. A giraffe pavilion and a bistro. A new home for a two-storey animal, the majestic but shy and conservative giraffe. A client who's afraid for his legs. For her, we create a space formed by three blocks. A triangle connecting three important functions. Home - exposition - nursing facilities. The centre point is always the giraffe, either outside in the courtyard or inside in a pavilion. And then there's the human, just visiting, but still at home. You tilts yours head inside the pavilion or you walks a little higher up over the pedestrian bridge. You will never see giraffe like eye to eye. The beautiful animal is always a little higher.
