New World Riviera
Annotation
The New World Riviera project is situated on Dvořák's embankment, which for the time being is used only for mooring ships. The design, located directly on the Vltava River, includes a wellness and fitness area with attractive views, a sauna world and massage facilities. The individual buildings are connected by a deck, which can also serve as a space for other social activities. The overall concept is based on the idea of "life on the water" - the public can cross the bridges and stop on one of the islands, which has a relaxing or sports function. The design also includes the modification of the waterfront itself.
