Annotation

The town of Sušice is located near the Sumava National Park on the Otava River. In the 16th century, it developed mainly thanks to the findings of the gold along the "Golden Trail". At the beginning of the 19th century. The production of sorghum became typical for Sušice in the early 19th century, the oldest sorghum factory in Bohemia, the SOLO Sušice, which was closed in 2008. After the premises and the adjacent land, where accommodation for employees was located, large areas of land remain, which are now looking for their use. Thanks to their location between Nádražní Street, which is one of the main feeder roads into the city and the Otava River, these are plots of land with a large potential for the revitalization of the northern part of Suš
