GATEWAY TO THE CITY

We are located in the town Sušice. The town Sušice, also called the gateway to Šumava, is located in the Klatovy district in the Pilsen region. The town offers many cultural, sport and recreational activities. The parcels in question are located at the entrance to the historic core of the town.I propose the American Army apartment building for all people who like to live in the center of the action. I'm proposing a three-story apartment building with an active ground floor. The apartment building offers 4 duplex apartments 3+kk, 1 apartment 1+kk and a cafe. On the second plot I propose a landmark of the city, the OKO lookout. The viewpoint is for those who want to see the city from different directions and views.
