Connection od Ostrava and Dolní Vítkoviccce

The proposal deals with vacant land left over from the former mines in Karolína, Pod Žofinkou and Dolní Vítkovice. At the same time, it addresses the question of how to connect these several territories, which are separated by barriers. The solution consists in creating a radial leading to the center of Ostrava, around which a new urban structure is further composed according to local conditions.
