The subject od the design is a medical house, the design consists of two buildings corresponding in form and architectural expression to the adjoining complex Corso pod lime trees. The concept of the house is inspired by medical facilities from neighboring countries, the so-called Ärztehaus. This term includes all medical facilities with self-sufficient individual practice, where the size or occupancy of such a house is not fixed by law. Typically, other medical and non-medical functions are also represented here. The biggest advantage for patients is that they can take advantage of the extensive range of health in one place and save time and distance. In the second building, there are also flats, which points to the tradition of connecting living and working within one building.
