COHABITATION VACKOV

Many new builds and development projects are planned for Vackov. That means that public spaces in the area will soon transform into centre of busy a neighbourhood. Following the facts, my project focuses on returning public space inside the housing estate to the residents for their everyday use. You would be surprised how many various areas you might find in between the panel houses if you just park your car a little bit further, add a bit of soft shade and comfortable seating areas. To have the possibility to spend some time outside just in front of your home has many benefits. Somebody might not be able to walk further, somebody else doesn’t have much time to travel to spend time in the nature. Kids can be playing games in front of their homes, unfamiliar neighbours become friends.
