Nebušice

The aim of the design was to create a landscape in the city. We decided to add a new green square with a civic amenities center, a sports complex and a family development to the western edge. As the surrounding landscape is enriched with the highest quality soils, shared farms are designed on the outskirts of the cities, which enable housing and at the same time use the land to grow their own food. In the region, we return to the original wineries, which enriched the local slopes and thus create two dominants over opposite sides of the city. We also enrich the landscape with orchards, a self-collection area, an educational trail connected with new cycle routes and other attractive places for the inhabitants of Nebušice or incoming tourists.
