Flat house Kostelní

The study for the bachelor's thesis deals with a city plot in the historic center of Nymburk. Kostelní Street, located north of the Elbe River, offers a non-standard atypical city plot. This plot gave me an impulse the design urban housing in the historic center with a view of the Church of St. George and near the Přemysl Square. The building fits into the character of the city with its color subtlety and conceptual solution. Housing is offered by six 3KK housing units. Each apartment has parking in the yard and a garden for relaxation and recreation. There are two non-residential premises, a studio and a café on the ground floor.
