Development around the Písnice undeground station

The area around the future Písnice underground station is a place where three worlds meet: the old Libuš with its low-rise family houses, the modernist Písnice housing estate and the SAPA Vietnamese market, which is on the site of a former meat processing plant. The aim of the design is to connect these heterogenous places through a system of public spaces, with a central square close to the future underground station, and to rehabilitate the market area and integrate it into the existing development.
