This diploma seminar contains a part that is focused on the analysis of the Prague locality Budějovická. It explores the area in question from various perspectives, including public and civic amenities, transport, population and its density, and so on. The inclusion is presented in the form of a swot analysis. Based on the diploma seminar, then the diploma thesis will be performed.
