Nymburk 20 000

David Kristián

Annotation

The main aim of the proposal is to show the growth of Nymburk in the current intown area. It seeks to compact, densify and transform the area within the intracity so that the town does not have to expand into the countryside over the next 20 years and still be able to increase its population from the current 15,000 to the proposed 20,000. The proposal envisages four areas of development. The north and south of the city is intended to be transformed into areas for manufacturing and retail. Areas to the east and west have been developed in detail.
