Sports hall Rokycany

The subject of the study is the design of a new sports hall, which is part of the renovation of the city block in Rokycany. The renovated block is located in the city center near the elementary school in Míru Street. The block is divided into two parts. The first, multi-purpose, is open to the general public. In the second there are apartments and rentable premises. Due to the surrounding buildings, the building has three floors. On the ground floor there is a school canteen and a main entrance with gym facilities. The gym itself is located one floor up. Skylights, which are oriented north, are used to obtain even lighting in the hall. The gym protrudes 4 meters towards the campus and its entire facade is glazed with profile glass.
