Annotation
Hospital, clinic, hotel, care center, sanatorium, temporary home,…. The combination of these words can be used to describe the long-term care center, which was the topic of my work. This created a piece that will be pleasant for patients, staff, as well as for the general public. The shape of the building defines four outdoor spaces, three of which belong to the public and the fourth serves as a private garden for patients, visitors and staff throughout the LDN. The individual branches of the building are finished with terraces that connect the outside world with the events inside. On one floor we can find two departments, which meet in the heart of the building with an atrium, where a space for social life is created.
