Apartment house Pod Žofinkou

The building is located between Dolní Vítkovice and Karolina in Ostrava. The proposal is based on the planned urban design. Apartment buildings are faced to different directions and thus provide views of the city, industrial complex or forest. The building has 18 floors and a smaller roof terrace for all residents of the apartment. The disposition of the apartments is range from 1 + kk to 3 + kk. It's higher standard, so they are spacious, most have facades facing to 3 different directions. In the lower floors there are maisonettes with their own front gardens and above flats with their own terraces.
