Nursing home Vyšehradská

The nursing home is located in Vyšehradská Street, next to the Emmaus Monastery. The whole building is designed as barrier-free for better movement in space, for less mobile and disabled users of the building. The object is formed into two interlocking cubes. The first floor includes rooms for the operation and administration of the building. The basement consists of the majority of warehouses and a technical room, however, there is also a SPA for seniors with a sauna and whirlpool. The building is equipped with a total of 36 residential units that can be used by one or two seniors. The whole building contains four floors, while the second to fourth is just a space for accommodation.
