URBAN DESIGN PRAGUE LETŇANY

The task of the proposal was to create a new and revitalize the existing landscape in the city. The selected area is located in the northeast of Prague. The solved area has the face of the sector pointing with its tip in the radial direction to the center. The spatial concept of land use is mainly based on this specific feature. The concept represents a radial axis divided into annual rings, where in each of them a different character of the landscape takes place. Attracting center of gravity points have naturally formed on this axis. The urban landscape appears near the Letňany metro station and interferes with classic urban city structures. In this locality I find most of the social services for meeting the needs of the inhabitants of Prague-Letňany and secondary residences.
