Although we are located in places that are within walking distance of the city center, there is currently a large unused development area. The area that is the space between the busy center and the quiet development of houses. In the middle of the area there is also a railway, which forms an insurmountable barrier and complicates the future development of the city. Our goal was to fill the empty space. The second main point was the railway. The track is a distinctive line that grows uncompromisingly through the city and determines its appearance, often negatively. That is why we have tried to reduce the negative impact of this barrier as much as possible.
