Multifunctional area "III"

The land of the proposed building is located on the square in Mnichov Hradiště. The plot is currently built up. In the front part of the land there is a former bus stop, which is currently home to commercial premises and garages on the rest of the land. My vision is to unobtrusively expand the square and at the same time build a more intimate part in the city center. The ground floor is designed for commercial use; there are shops, reception and a cafe. There is short-term accommodation on the floors.
