tranSPORTation

This project focuses on transportation from nearby built-up areas to Dresden’s city center as well as outdoor sporting activities in the forest. Walking, running, cross-country skiing and cycling (electric bikes) are some fundamental sporting activities I aim to introduce to the Dresdner Heide. I made four different kinds of roads. There are so many existing routes in this forest that it was imperative to organize them and designate some of them as the main ones. There are four primary locations where you may engage in some very specific sporting activities and have fun there; it is not just concentrated on the roads. In the heart of this forest, all of these pathways intersect. We worked together to develop this crossover, which Anna Tenglerová came up with. It serves as a rest area.
