Accommodation Mnichovo Hradiště

The proposed building for temporary accommodation is located on the north side of Masaryk Square in Mnichovo Hradiště. The proposed building consists of three functional parts: In the northern part there are commercial spaces on the ground floor, on the first and second floor there are hotel rooms. In the southern part, a café is located on the ground floor and on the first and second floor are apartments. The two parts are connected by a communication core, providing vertical communication through the whole building. In the attic of the southern part is a technical room, in the northern part there are single rooms. The adjacent land serves as a parking lot for the hotel guests. In the northern part of the complex there is a barn, which can be used as a multipurpose hall.
