The main meeting point is in seventh floor, where is common room with terrace. Others can be found in all the circulation areas. The corridors in front of the entrances to the apartments are equipped with seating niches suitable for spending time outside the building, vertical communication in the form of open outdoor staircase construction allows comfortable stay in the fresh air. On the ground floor there are commercial premises of a bookstore and fitness centre, which can be used by the residents of the building on a daily basis. The house is simply a haven for the young generation.
