Apartment Building Dusíkova

I designed a four-story apartment building on Dusíková Street, which leads to Čáslav’s square. The house follows on from the surrounding buildings. From the side of the square, by the city wall, there is spacious and pleasant access to the apartment building, next to it there is also an access road to the car lift, which goes to the two underground floors of the parking. There is a commercial space on the ground floor of the building, and there are 9 apartments on the other three floors. The apartments have balconies for contact with the exterior, on the top floor you can go out onto the terraces with a view of the square or the Dusík Theatre.
