Where the water current disappears

In our project we were working with the landscape around the Dobrovízský and Sulovický streams. The streams that are an important feature of this landscape do not have enough water because of the agriculture practised here. For this reason in our project we were designing hedgerows between the fields as well as an expansion of greenery for better retention of water in the soil. With this design we also intended to comprehensively connect the greenery in the whole area and to create a penetrable environment for the local public. Our project shows many walking paths together with a bicycle trail which runs along the Sulovický stream and continues further on into the surroundings.Along these routes we were trying to create single resting places where people would be able to relax for a while.
