THE HUGG - Student living

The design of the student housing reflects on an attractive location that is currently undergoing a rebirth. It is located on the territory of Pragovka in Prague Vysočany, which is known for its industrial past. The concept is based on the mutual harmony between the two designed objects and the chimney reservoir, which is part of the plot. The student housing building on the south side of the property offers facilities for active student activities as well as accommodation in single or double rooms. The main conceptual element here is the courtyard gallery, which supports the socialization of the community. A smaller object in the northern part complements the living functions, namely a cafe with a study room, closed cells, meeting rooms or a terrace.
