The Cell - student housing

The student housing proposal is located in the Pragovka area in Prague's Vysočany district. The area is known for its industrial history, when the production of Praga cars took place here. It is currently being revitalised. The proposed student housing is located on the land around the water reservoir. The building consists of two units that recede around the water tank, creating a pleasant space complemented by greenery. The buildings consist of a ground floor where the student entrance is located and in the case of the northern block a co-working space and bistro and in the case of the southern block a café and bookstore. On the upper floors there are individual flats for students along with communal areas.
