Center Radotin

Revitalization of the center of Radotina, which is connected from Osvoboditelů Square through the crossing with a new bridge over the river. The subject of this urban planning study is the reconstruction, maintenance and construction of a new center of the city. The project includes a proposal for 3 buildings of a modern residential center and the reconstruction of the city hall. The buildings have a total of nine floors - two underground floors for parking, a public first floor and five residential floors. Part of the project is the creation of a connected square with first floors of buildings full of public life with retail spaces and cafes.
