Annotation
The Bubeneč brownfield in the heart of the lucrative Prague area is currently falling into disrepair. The vision of the proposal is therefore to bring this place back to life and build a brand new centre that would revitalise the border line between Holešovice and Bubny. The regulatory plan is linked to the urban planning study "Via principalis".
