Apartment house in Čáslav

The project is part of the urban housing - Čáslav assignment. Several sites have been identified in the town with the possibility of development especially for housing. The proposed plot is located in close proximity to the historical centre, on the corner of Kliment Čermák and Rudolf Těsnohlídka streets. The design of the house is based on the historical layout and size of the plots in the centre. The plot is interesting because of the tension between the historic buildings and the adjacent housing estate and the whole transformation of the area. The house seeks to support the corner theme and be an entry from this site and the existing centre.
