Academy of Design and Art in Kherson

A vacant plot on the banks of the Dnieper River was chosen for the Academy of Design and Art. This river crosses the entire country, and nearby the city, it flows into the Black Sea, connecting Kherson with major cities and other countries. This is one of the reasons why Kherson is the most polyethnic region in the country. At the same time, Kherson is a city of youth and education. However, design and other artistic departments are absent in educational offerings. The creation of a new art academy will create a place for many cultures and traditions to meet and work together in Ukraine. It will be a space for the creation of Ukrainian design, a factory for art, and a factory for peace. It will be a symbol of hope for Ukraine.
