FLORESCENCE

This multifunctional building is located on Vršovická street, so that together with the Poller building it forms the main entrance to the interior of the entire newly designed block. For this location, the building and its parterre are designed in such curves that will invite passers-by inside and at the same time not reveal the whole charm of the inner block. It is only upon entering that the jungle that awaits the visitor inside the entire two-story building gradually begins to reveal itself. At the same time, this geometry makes it possible to create large terraced gardens. This is in keeping with the overall urban concept of the area, which creates a green canyon from the two-block former factory, mainly made up of housing developments.
