The three-story apartment building in Náchod provides new opportunities for living and doing business. There will be 7 new apartments and 3 commercial spaces on the ground floor in this building. The design complements the surrounding houses on the unused land of a very fragmented block, connects to them with the facade and emphasizes the corner, which completes the maisonette. It also reflects the materials of industrial nature in Náchod. This is subsequently supported by steel structures for balconies and pregolas.
