Simplicity, regularity, avalibility.
The Student House Rastr is a vision for the future of student housing in the city. The building is connected by commercial and sports functions, which enable contact both with the public and with the residents themselves. The distinct raster form will create an identity not only with its appearance, but also with the diversity of accommodation services according to modern housing demands. The simple spaces form a complex unit, which is capable of housing approximately three hundred students.
