Dwelling house is designed in the gap side in Dusikova Street in Caslav, town founded by Přemysl Otakar II in the 13th century. The plot is located in an attractive location, opposite the oldest stone theatre in Bohemia, the Dusik Theatre. The four-storey dwelling building offers a spectrum of apartments for young couples and large families, the ground floor offers a commercial space. The house is designed for people who like to live in the centre of the action.
