Holešovice/město a trať

In the design, I processed 4 blocks from the Bubna-Zátory urban planning study near the new railway station, between the Museum of Silence and the new Vltava Philharmonic. Apartment buildings, an elementary school, a town hall and an administrative building are designed in the study. The narrow northeastern block of the apartment building with student dormitories is treated in more detail. The main idea of the solved blocks is the greatest possible self-sufficiency of the houses and not burdening nature. The houses use the roof area as gardens and community gardens, use a root scrubber to manage greywater which is then used for flushing, use solar energy with solar panels on the roof and at the same time use new bladeless wind power technology.
