The Triple border area is surrounded by 12 city districts. There is an orchard of horticultural youth, horticultural colonies, fields and the former water reservoir of the HMP. Botič forms a kind of "impassable" barrier between these different worlds. I am proposing a new urban district in the center of the mentioned area, which tries to follow on from the existing ones. Two tram lines and bus stops pervade the hitherto almost inaccessible place. The development consists of classic blocks and terraced houses. The total capacity of the "city" is approximately 36 thousand people. Botič is becoming more permeable thanks to new bridges, footbridges and paths. In its immediate vicinity, the river is surrounded by original "wild" greenery, which loosens and thins out towards the houses.
